施設利用Facility Use

Request a room

Holding a one-time event at the center — a tournament, a recital, a family gathering? Reserve a room with the facility use application.

Reservations are for current participants and members affiliated with a SEJSCC club. The application asks what the event is, how many people you expect, and which rooms and equipment you need. Read the terms of the agreement before you sign — they cover setup, clean-up, insurance, and fees.

Have a class or activity you'd like to run at the center? The board welcomes proposals, and the two documents below are where it starts.

The center is a nonprofit whose mission is teaching the Japanese language and studies in the arts, history, civilization, sciences, and exercises of Japan — alongside sports, social, and healthy-lifestyle activities for members and participants of every age. Proposals that fit that mission are the ones the board can say yes to.

Want to usethe center?

New clubs and classes are welcome. Contact the center at info@sejscc.org or (562) 863-5996 to ask about facilities and scheduling.

We're looking for groups that fit what the center is for — Japanese language and culture, martial arts, music and dance, sports, and activities that bring neighbors of every age together. The board reviews each proposal and will talk through space, scheduling, and insurance with you before anything is confirmed.
